This session is for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and want to understand what is actually driving their patterns before trying to force change.

In this 90-minute session, we focus on:

  • identifying emotional wounds and protective patterns shaping your choices
  • noticing how stress, fear, and pressure show up in your body
  • clarifying what truly needs to shift for change to feel possible
  • creating realistic next steps that respect your nervous system

No follow-up or ongoing support is included.

If you choose to continue into “The Shift”, your $325 is applied to your first month.

Recalibrate Session

Together, we’ll revisit:

  • what you’re currently navigating
  • what’s shifted since our work together
  • where old patterns may be surfacing
  • how to realign your tools and practices

The Shift is for people who are ready for real, embodied change. Not a quick fix or surface-level coaching. You must be willing to slow down enough to create real change.

Over 12-weeks, we work through:

  • identifying and understanding the emotional wounds and protective patterns that keep you stuck
  • reconnecting with your body and rebuilding a sense of internal safety
  • learning practical nervous-system support for stress, burnout, and overwhelm
  • building the capacity to move with fear instead of waiting for it to disappear
  • creating supported, sustainable change in your life, work, and relationships

What’s included:

  • (2) 60-minute virtual meet ups
  • Weekday text/email support during working hours.
  • Personalized action steps after each call.
